She/Her/Hers and They/Them/Theirs

Participates in 1 Session
Ana McKay is a young freelance artist and illustrator based in Reno, Nevada, with special interests in community-built art spaces, how art can be made accessible, collaboration and friendship as an essential part of creativity and survival in artistic communities and beyond, and, of course, Harry Potter. Largely doing commissioned and volunteer work, Ana has illustrated for flyers, blogs, and small press books, as well as making their own zines, prints, paintings, and fiber art. Ana has also facilitated the publication of several contribution-based zines with submissions from around the world, including a series to educate and interest readers on specific social issues put out by their Harry Potter Alliance chapter in 2017-18. Ana has worked in the galleries of local all-ages art and music initiative The Holland Project since 2016 and will be exhibiting new work there in December 2019. You can find Ana on the web at anamckay.com and on Instagram @fizzaster.
