This is a reading and discussion of Harry Potter a Me Ka Pōhaku Akeakamai (Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone) by the book’s translator, Dr. Keao NeSmith (University of Hawaii). We'll discuss the process of creating words, translating songs while keeping a consistent rhythm, and the response from the community upon publication.
