Making your weekend the best it can be is our numberone priority! If you see anything that could harm the safety and experience of yourself or others, please contact our Ohayocon Response Team (ORT) or city authorities.

When to call 911:

  • Medical emergency
  • Physical assault
  • Sexual assault
  • Theft of property

When to call ORT:

  • Bullying
  • Harrassment
  • Ohayocon Code of Conduct Violations
  • Spreading Fear

Our Ohayocon Response Team has a very low tolerance for these behaviors. The consequences for breaking the rules will be given on a casebycase basis. ORT will bring any issues to local police stationed in the Greater Columbus Convention Center if necessary. We hope these precautions will help you feel safe and secure throughout our event!

The Ohayocon Response Team (ORT) is here to help you have the best experience possible! What does ORT do, huh? Well, ORT does a lot of things! ORT will:

  • Stay uptodate with hotel and con center regulations
  • Assist onsite medics with locating people in need of assistance
  • Assist the police department with possible threats
  • Reunite missing people and families
  • Make sure props are safe to have in large crowds
  • Look for danger signs to prevent problems

Do you need any assistance throughout your weekend? Find someone from ORT! ORT members will be on-site 24 hours a day. Just look for their limegreen shirts!
