Who can attend CRAM?
Based on the content of CRAM we recommend that all attendees should be at least 16+.
Are CRAM events free?
Yes, we’re pleased to say that CRAM is a free event!
How do I register for CRAM?
Start by reviewing the full Event Schedule to see where you’d like to go. Registering is a fast and easy two-step process.
Step 1. Begin by signing up for CRAM Toronto 2019
Step 2. Finish by adding sessions to your schedule
Please note, you are only able to register for one session per hour and you are limited to register one person per registration.
What should I do if I can no longer attend CRAM or a session?
Although we’d be sad to see you go, we’ve made it simple for you to cancel so others can attend who are on our waitlist. Please log in to your account with the information you registered with, and click My Schedule. Select the session that you no longer wish to attend and cancel your sign-up on the right-hand side of the page. You’ll be prompted to confirm your cancellation and you’ll receive a cancellation email once completed.
What if the session I want to attend is full?
Add yourself to the waitlist! It’s likely there’ll be cancellations leading up to event day.
If you arrive on-site and are still on the waitlist – let us know! We’d love everyone to see their top sessions, so our on-site CRAM volunteer all-stars will evaluate the room for seats and space and let people in during the first 10 minutes of each session.
How long is each session?
Each session will run approximately 45 minutes starting on the hour.
What if I show up late?
Getting around the city can be tough and delays can be expected. If you show up late it’s not a problem, as long as there is space. We will try our best to sneak you in!
Can I register for more than one location?
Absolutely! This event was founded on cross-collaboration between Toronto’s four universities. Our only request is that you please be mindful of the 15-minute window between each session and how far you have to go – so pre-planning your trip will be essential!
How early should I arrive?
We encourage you to arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before your registered sessions to check in and get your seat. You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts, otherwise, we start letting people in who are waiting.
Will there be food and beverage on site?
York University will have food trucks available and there will be a cash bar where you can enjoy a drink before or in between sessions.
OCAD University, Ryerson University and the University of Toronto have many great restaurants and cafes in their neighbourhoods to grab a quick bite to eat. Please note there is no food or beverage onsite at these universities.
Will there be parking?
