How:
Reducing carbon emissions is needed, but may take generations to cool the planet. With seas already rising, we may need something quicker. Our panel will review and discuss "albedo modification," cooling the planet by letting less sunlight in. Depending on how it is done, there may be collateral damage to be dealt with, but a 2-3 % reduction should work to put more ice on the poles and lower sea levels -- and, from experience with large volcanic eruptions, fairly quickly.
