Nicole Hurley-Moore lives with her family in Castlemaine which is in the Victorian Central Highlands. She writes full time, is a closet medievalist and a fan of happily ever afters. Generally she concentrates on writing contemporary rural stories but occasionally dabbles in the odd medieval tale. Her books include McKellan’s Run, Hartley’s Grange, Country Roads, White Gum Creek and Lawson’s Bend which are published through Allen & Unwin.
