Creating good mental health and a balanced life as an author can be interesting. Trying to stay sane with the demands presented to us both in work and life, and living with the ups and downs of writing can be hard. This workshop will explore strategies for creating a balanced life and good mental health as an author.

Participants will gain a greater understanding and knowledge of how to create balance and good mental health, as well as practical strategies to incorporate into their lives after the conference.
