‘And they all lived happily ever after’ is the ending we want for our protagonist, but what about for ourselves? Whilst we may not have a fairy godmother to wave her magic wand, there are evidence-based ways to improve our happiness and wellbeing. This workshop explores the Five Ways to Wellbeing – Connect, Take Notice, Be Active, Keep Learning and Give - five simple and effective ways to improve mental and emotional health.

Participants will be introduced to the evidence-based Five Ways to Wellbeing and learn practical strategies to improve their own psychological wellbeing.
