Carolina has been a Music Business Entrepreneur for 18 years working in the music industry as a Manager, Tour Manager, PR and event producer helping bands from Latin America, the US, and Europe. Previously she served as tour and hospitality manager for Depeche Mode, Coldplay and David Guetta, General Producer of AES (Audio Engineering Society) Conferences and managed the Grammy-nominated producer Joel Hamilton for Latin America.
Carolina established Massive Act from the ground up offering a new tool making stage logistics communication easy and accessible for musicians and festivals. Massive Act is a platform where musicians and industry professionals find intuitive logistics management tools and revenue opportunities (booking, endorsements, and sponsorships), enabling everyone in the live music industry to achieve their career goals and have fun doing it.
