Allison is the CTO and co-founder of Tonic Audio Labs. Her vision for bringing collaborative technology into musician's lives lies in Lumos, the flagship device of Tonic Audio Labs. She leads the hardware, software, and machine learning design efforts for the Lumos platform.

Prior to Tonic Audio Labs, Allison’s expertise in hardware and software engineering led her to launch and manage technology startups in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City. Allison serves on the Computer Science and Engineering advisory board at the University of Nevada, Reno and she is a Techstars mentor. In her free time she is an avid motorcyclist on both the track and dirt, and competes in off-road desert races.
