
Jim won the Golden Pen Award for Writers of the Future in 1991, has since published ten novels and over sixty stories in anthologies and magazines such as Analog, Aboriginal, Talebones and Pulphouse. As a physicist his research was in superconductivity and molecular biophysics. He and wife Gail divide their time between Spokane and Desert Hot springs, California.
