Believing Impossible Things

When:
10:00 AM, Friday 30 Mar 2018 (1 hour)
Where:
Pan Pacific Perth - West Grand River
How:
Humans are good at believing improbable, or even impossible, things. This panel will sort out the degrees of impossibility involved in key science fictional ideas, such as faster than light travel, force fields, teleporting, telekinesis, and Class M planets that don't need terraforming. The panellists will also decide which SF version of FTL travel is most believable. Attempts to build functional teleportation devices during the panel and in the venue will void the space time continuum and our insurance policy.
