How:
Frames is very close to finishing his PhD on AI/Machine learning/Natural Language processing. Or at least he is very close to running out of funding.
Either way, he should be at Uni working on it instead of attending this convention.
But he isn't.
But is is going to talk about the field.
So that counts for something. It's almost as good, right?
Ask him anything about the field. What is the difference between AI and Machine Learning? How does Siri work? Are we approaching self-aware AI?
