This
year Swancon will kick off with a Sundowner Social in the park. The formal programming will start on Friday, so this
will be an opportunity to meet and greet our fabulous guests in a more
casual setting, with added pizza and outdoor games!
As this is a public event, alcoholic drinks will not be permitted in the park, but the hotel bars will all be up and running so you can continue conversations with friends old and new into the night.
Further information we can provide is that it will be held in Esplanade Park, directly across from the hotel. We have also negotiated that the Carriage Cafe will remain open for drinks and icecreams!
We will order in a range of pizzas, rsvps are not necessary, we assume people will drift in and out of the space. We will have a range of games available for people to participate in.
