A guide to the practical applications of hydrogen power storage and the hydrogen economy.

Renewable Energy (RE) resources will play a key role in the transition towards a zero emission energy system. The main challenge in transitioning towards 100% RE is the variable and intermittent nature of these resources. This requires technical adaptation, in particular relating to large-scale RE storage systems. The innovative idea of storing RE in the form of Hydrogen (Power to hydrogen) is a promising solution to achieve a 100% renewable and sustainable energy systems i.e. hydrogen economy.
