Programme changes

Changes in the programme will be announced at the programme wall near Registration and on web, The up-to-date programme is also found at

You can also access the programme on your mobile through the app Event guide Grenadine (for Android and iPhone), and the event fant18. If you have already chosen a con you change in the menu by choosing options and then Switch Conference.

Badge colours

Blue - Committee

Red - Guests of honour

White - Convention members - also yellow reflective vests

White with coloured strip - Convention members, one-day-only memberships

White marked “Press” - Press

Gophers (volunteers) wear a smaller green badge with the text GOPHER together with their ordinary badge.

Convention rules

• On the premises, the convention badge must be worn at all times. If you lose your badge, we will print a new one for you for a fee at Registration.

• No weapons are allowed. We define weapons as anything with a sharp edge or anything with which to fire projectiles. Toys and replicas are OK. If in doubt, contact Registration.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

• Alcohol bought at the bar may not be consumed outdoors. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol.

• Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.

• Always follow instructions given by members of the committee or appointed gophers (all identifiable by their blue or green badges).

• Microphones must be used when available.

Any action or behaviour that is illegal or causes significant interference with event operations, excessive discomfort to other attendees, or adversely affects Fantastika’s relationship with its guests, its venue, or the public is strictly forbidden and may result in revocation of membership privileges.

Would you like to help out as a gopher for a couple of hours? Report to the Registration desk or the gopher hole! For an hour of work as a gopher you will be rewarded with a ticket with a value of 15 SEK, which can be exchanged for books, beer etc.

Lost and found

Lost and found items can be retrieved at Registration.

Children’s corner

In the foyer on the top floor there will be a Children’s Corner offering paper, pencils, crayons etc to entertain children. Of course there are also books, games and puzzles. Small children must be accompanied by parents or other grown-ups.
