F. Brett Cox's fiction collection, The End of All Our Exploring: Stories (Fairwood Press), will be released at Worldcon 76. In addition to the stories included in the collection, his poetry, plays, essays, reviews, and academic writing have appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies.  With Andy Duncan, he co-edited the anthology Crossroads: Tales of the Southern Literary Fantastic (Tor, 2004).  He is completing work on a book-length study of Roger Zelazny for the U. of Illinois Press “Modern Masters of Science Fiction” series. Brett has served as a member of the Bram Stoker Awards Additions Jury, was chair of the 2009 SFRA Pilgrim Award jury, was a founding juror for the Shirley Jackson Awards, and is currently a member of the SJA Board of Directors. He is a member of the Cambridge SF Writers Workshop and was a Special Guest Writer at the 2009 Science Fiction Research Association conference. A native of North Carolina, Brett is Charles A. Dana Professor of English at Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, and lives in Roxbury, Vermont, with his wife, playwright Jeanne Beckwith.
