
Carolyn Ives Gilman is a museum exhibit developer by day and a science fiction writer by night. Her latest novel is a space exploration adventure, Dark Orbit. Her short fiction has appeared in Clarkesworld, Fantasy and Science Fiction, The Year’s Best Science Fiction, Lightspeed, Interzone, Universe, Realms of Fantasy, and others. She has been nominated for the Nebula Award three times and for the Hugo twice.
