ALL attendees are guaranteed access to the Exhibit Hall and must select one (1) Exhibit Hall time . Once your Exhibit Hall time is selected you may select available sessions that you are interested in attending.

ALL attendees must select one (1) time block to visit the KSC Visitor Complex.

Sessions for the event are on a first come, first served basis. If the session you would like to attend is full, by the time you select your schedule, there is still an opportunity to try and visit the session. On the day of the event, you may wait outside of the session room to see if it has reached capacity. Those who have the session already in their schedule will be given priority access to the session. If there is room available in the session after it has started, you may enter once all attendees who are signed up have been seated. Please adhere to the session monitors' instructions and guidance. They will first check-in the attendees who are on their list. Once the session has started, they will admit students who are not on the list that wish to watch the session, up to the maximum capacity of the session room. 

Note: Attendees may only select one Exhibit Hall time. If more than one Exhibit Hall time is selected, our team will remove one of these selections from your schedule. Attendees may select up to three (3) time blocks to explore the KSC Visitor Complex. Attendees do not have to select a breakout session.
