Snail Scott

Sculptor
Participates in 6 items
Snail Scott has been a sculptor since childhood, when she annoyed fellow kindergartners by carving their crayons into tiny artworks. Despite this, she went on to earn degrees in both architecture and art, and taught sculpture and ceramics at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her surrealist work in metal, ceramic, textiles, and other media explores transformational states of being, with imagery drawn from history, biology, engineering, mythology, and science fiction.
