Michales Joy is a writer and game designer from Joplin, Missouri. He writes horror, fantasy, sci-fi, steampunk, and other genres. First published in 1995, he has written novels, short stories, screenplays, comics, and background settings for games. Some of his titles are Darkness in Green Shadow, Red Diamond, Season of Peril, Warlord Rising, and Strange Ingredients. As a game designer he has worked on wargames, boardgames, and roleplaying games for multiple companies. He is currently working on a roleplaying game for WamWam Games and a wargame as a passion project for his large miniature collection. He loves to talk anything to do with writing or gaming. He can often be found drifting aimlessly or shopping for gaming supplies in the dealer’s room.
