Jack Snyder is an award-winning screenwriter and director with many films to his credit. His films have been distributed by 20th Century Fox, NBCUniversal, Warner Brothers, and Sony. Several have shown theatrically, and aired on Showtime, Syfy, and Lifetime. Jack’s most recent film is 57 SECONDS, a sci-fi thriller that he co-produced and served as script consultant. The film stars Morgan Freeman and Josh Hutcherson and was released theatrically and digitally in September 2023. Jack also wrote the novel adaptation of the screenplay. Before that, Jack wrote and directed the thriller, FAMILY OF LIES, for Lifetime Movie Network. It was picked up for streaming by Tubi TV and released on DVD/Blu-ray through Sony Pictures. Jack has also made several indie films. These include COLD MOON, a horror film he co-wrote and co-produced which stars Josh Stewart and Christopher Lloyd. And he also co-wrote BAD GRANDMAS, a dark comedy starring Florence Henderson, Pam Grier, and Judge Reinhold. Jack has written, produced, and directed two original thrillers. FATAL CALL, starring Jason London, Danielle Harris, and Kevin Sorbo, was picked up by Warner Brothers for VOD. GHOST IMAGE, starring Elisabeth Rohm and Stacey Dash, premiered on Showtime and was distributed worldwide through 20th Century Fox. All his films can currently be seen on one of the many streaming platforms. When Jack is not writing, producing, or directing movies, he and his family split their time between their hometown of St. Louis and the many beaches of Los Angeles.
