Christine Nobbe is a dedicated educator: a gifted education specialist, STEAM educator, and adjunct professor. She is the Director of Gifted Education for MO-DESE. Christine's passion area is living and working on the Moon and she has earned the nickname, "Space Girl" in St. Louis. She is a Solar System Ambassador, a volunteer for NASA JPL, and enjoys inspiring others through public outreach. Over the years she's won several outstanding educator awards, most recently the St. Louis Challenger Learning Center Inspiring Teacher Award. (One fun fact: Christine has quite a collection of Space fashions and makes an effort to wear a bit of the Universe daily.)
