Many cons have "juried" art shows or dealers rooms. Should dealers' rooms and art shows be first come, first served or should conventions screen the artists and vendors, for quality, to balance the rooms, or for something else?  

Art is one of the oldest mediums for protest - how can it be done effectively in today's world?
