The strength/lightness for the cables for a space elevator for Mars can be met with Kevlar®, a carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen polymer. The two moons and Mars will supply the material for the two elevator cables, the two mars-synchronous space stations, and the two counterweights to pull the cables tight with centrifugal force. They will probably be on opposite sides of the planet.
