In all organizations past events, even if they are unique or at least very unlikely to recur, have strength beyond their ambition. In terms of NCA Theory they have persistent influence and therefore are durable actors in the network regardless of the presence of human actors who had direct experience. Sustainably comes in many forms and exhibits many facets. Virtually all of them have been challenged in the last year.
