Sijie Ren

Sijie Ren is a PhD Candidate in International Management at the Faculty of Business Administration (FSA), Université Laval, where she also contributes as a Teaching Assistant and Research Auxiliary. She is also a student member of the Center for Management Research, People and Organization Development (CerG-DPO).

With a profound interest that lies at the intersection of Human Resources and cutting-edge technologies, Sijie dedicates her research to exploring the nuances of Artificial Intelligence, Cross-cultural Management, and the integration of immigrant employees. She is deeply invested in studying the dynamics of attracting, integrating, and retaining talent in diverse organizational settings.

Prior to her doctoral pursuits, Sijie earned her Master's Degree in International Studies with a concentration in International Development from The Graduate School of International Studies (ESEI), Université Laval. Her academic journey is distinguished by numerous accolades, including a Doctoral Scholarship for Academic Excellence in International Management, a Doctoral Scholarship for Academic Excellence in Qualitative Research Methodology, and a Graduate Research Project Fellowship, etc.
