
Mirta Kooche Moshki
Female (she/ her)
Mitra is a PhD student in Management at the University of Guelph with over 11 years of distinguished experience in strategic management across academia and industry. Her previous work has been marked by rigorous research and impactful professional contributions. She has authored six research articles utilizing advanced statistical and qualitative software—including MAXQDA 10, NVIVO 15, SPSS, LISREL, AMOS, JASP, ATLAS.ti, and Qualtrics XM—and played a pivotal role in launching several startups by designing comprehensive business plans and strategic roadmaps. Recognized for her excellence, she has been honored as the Best Research and Teaching Assistant in her home country.
Looking ahead, Mitra is focused on expanding her research on organizational ambidexterity and its impact on innovation under the expert guidance of Professor Burga. Her future endeavors aim to bridge the gap between organizational strategy and innovation, driving both academic insights and practical solutions for today’s dynamic business environment.
