Integrating AI into Management Education

The impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on education has been the subject of hundreds of publications since ChatGPT was launched in December 2022. AI has already impacted management education; it is pervasive, accessible to all, and used in various ways and areas by learners at all levels. According to several polls, learners use AI for question-answering, brainstorming, and drafting. With AI transforming every element of life, we are witnessing the most significant shift in educational history, which will also affect management education. This workshop is open to educators, HR practitioners, and training and development specialists to examine practical approaches for integrating AI into management education. This workshop focuses on learner engagement strategies and the ethical considerations of AI integration with management education. It aims to develop helpful strategies for AI integration with management education.
