Francine Schlosser, M.B.A. (Windsor), Ph.D. (Waterloo)
Professor and Acting Chair, Strategy and Entrepreneurship
Dr. Schlosser is a Professor and the Acting Chair of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Area at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor in Canada. Dr. Schlosser’s research contributes to understanding how employers, educators, employees, and migrants can stimulate entrepreneurial readiness and innovative knowledge-based strategic involvement; and manage career transitions. Dr. Schlosser was awarded the University of Windsor’s Golden Jubilee Professorship in Business for research excellence from 2013-2018 and was the founding Executive Director of University of Windsor’s EPICentre from 2016-2019. She was also awarded the Odette Research Chair from 2022-2024, with a mandate to mentor junior faculty and build recognition of Odette research. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Schlosser established 3 successive campus entrepreneurship centres. She continues to engage students with the business community through domestic and international consulting projects and study abroad trips to Brazil and U.K.
