
Dr. Bahman Radnejad
Dr. Radnejad’s academic narrative is marked by a wealth of international experiences and achievements across various disciplines. His journey began with a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran, followed by a master’s degree in Innovation from the University of Manchester, UK. He further advanced his scholarly pursuits by obtaining a PhD in Strategy from the University of Calgary.
Dr. Radnejad’s career trajectory is equally diverse. His initial tenure-track appointment was at the AACSB-accredited Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University, a private institution in the USA. He then transitioned to a tenure-track position at the AACSB-accredited School of Business and Management at the State University of New York at Brockport, a notable public university where he was awarded tenure. Continuing his academic journey, Dr. Radnejad returned to Canada to assume the role of Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Bisset School of Business, Mount Royal University.
Through his extensive experience in varied educational systems around the world, Dr. Radnejad has acquired profound insights into recruitment processes and the job market across different countries. This knowledge is especially beneficial for PhD students and early-career academics striving to navigate and establish themselves in the academic field.
