Organizations need leaders who foster environments where individuals and teams thrive. Nhat Hanh said: "When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don’t blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce" (1998, p. 3). Caring for people, like plants, requires time and understanding. Leadership at its core, is about cultivating people - nurturing self-awareness, integrity, and congruence to build impactful teams. This workshop explores practical strategies from the AwakenU Leadership Program to integrate contemplative leadership into daily management, fostering transformation, reflection, decision-making, and accountability while creating brave spaces for focus, intention, and well-being.
