Alice teaches a variety of courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in both entrepreneurship and strategy. In addition to emphasizing the core concepts for both these disciplines, Alice promotes experiential learning, effective communication and critical thinking skills in her courses. Alice has an eclectic interest in businesses, industries, and education, as is reflected in her research projects on community-based learning, social enterprise business models, metaphors for entrepreneurship, and cannabis business strategies.
