Real impact comes from bridging rigorous research with practical application.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and innovation—as a consultant, lecturer, and researcher—translating academic theory into organizational results. Now, as a Ph.D. candidate in Management at the University of Guelph, I focus on organizational ambidexterity: how organizations navigate competing priorities, manage complexity, and balance exploration with operational excellence.
My work spans academic research, teaching, and applied projects—developing frameworks that respond to real-world challenges while contributing to scholarly conversations.
I’ve published strategic management and innovation papers, led training initiatives, and collaborated on industry-based research aimed at embedding theory into practice. I approach research and practice with consistency, clarity, and a commitment to actionable knowledge.
Looking ahead, I’m committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, publishing high-impact work, and continuing to build strong connections between academia and industry.
