She/her
My work draws on diverse skillsets and experiences, from journalism to business and non-profit management to change management and engagement. Most of my career has been focused on enabling a widescale shift to sustainability -- stronger communities, more synergistic workplaces, holistic leadership, strengthened civil society, and a richer role for business. I'm a systems thinker, an idea catalyst, and a leader able to inspire and bring out the best in team members. I'm extremely interested in what makes us tick as individuals and collectives, and how we are going to shift this big enterprise towards a future with opportunity and security for all. My research and PhDfocus on care ethics and how care has been driven out of the modern workplace, with negative impacts across our lives.

Titre: Legacies of Colonialism in Management Learning and EducationRésumé: Le colonialisme jette une longue ombre sur la pensée managériale. Le développement et la diffusion de pratiques de gestion et d’éducation modernes ont co-évolué avec l’expansion des empires coloniaux et des bureaucraties.
