Kirsten Robertson is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources in the School of Business at the University of the Fraser Valley. She holds a Ph.D. in management and organization studies from Simon Fraser University. Her research has been published in leading management journals including Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management Studies, and Academy of Management Discoveries. Her current research interests are meaningful work, callings, work–life balance, and workplace relationships with both people and animals.
