Jamie Gruman is a Full Professor and Senior Research Fellow in the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph. He is also the founding Chair of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association. His research focuses largely on positive organizational psychology and organizational socialization. His work has been published in journals such as Human Resource Management, The Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Organizational Psychology Review. He has published three books, the latest of which is Advanced Introduction to Employee Engagement. A frequent keynote speaker, Jamie has spoken for Fortune 500, public, and not-for-profit organizations such as General Motors, Departments and Agencies of the Government of Canada, and the Children's Wish Foundation.
