Dr. Yoseph Mamo (Ph.D., Louisiana State University) is an Assistant Professor of Sport Management in the department of Human Performance and Sport Sciences at Tennessee State University. Dr. Mamo’s research interest is to examine the outcomes and impacts of sport organizations' corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in the digital age. Specifically, his recent research has focused on a range of modern analytical techniques such as text mining and natural learning processing to explore ordinary citizens' voices and thus better understand public perceptions of sport organizations’ CSR efforts.
