As generative artificial intelligence (AI) has continued to reach new heights, discussions around the impact to academic integrity has garnered renewed attention. Faculty often have varying views on how generative AI has impacted academic integrity and what should be done about it. Similarly, students attitudes around academic integrity have also shifted from one where it is prohibited to one where the consequences or implications are not viewed as being severe. The symposium will invite participants to share their thoughts on how generative AI has changed perceptions of academic integrity among faculty and students.
