How:
Kat Porter has several years of costume work, including costuming for youth theater programs, and Ren faire and cosplay costuming. She has designed from scratch and thrift store finds, ranging from fantasy (Midsummer Night's Dream, She Kills Monsters) to period (Crazy For You, The Miser) and contemporary (Almost Maine, Rumors) - as well as repaired costumes live backstage with duct tape and staples. Cartridge pleating doesn't scare her.
