Mr. Elan Zivotofsky has been Senior Vice President for Israeli investment banking division of Lehman Brothers Inc., since March 2005. He is also a Board of Trustee Member of the Lone Soldier Center. Prior to joining Lehman, he spent two years as a Portfolio Manager at Oasis Capital Management. Prior to Oasis, Mr. Zivotofsky served as Vice President in Equity Research and Israel Office Manager at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Research Division. He served at Goldman Sachs as an analyst specializing in US/Israeli technology companies, primarily focusing on telecommunications equipment, software and internet infrastructure, and semiconductor related companies from 1998 to 2002. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Zivotofsky spent one year as an Equity Research Analyst at UBS focused on Israel and US technology companies.
