Erin Zaikis is the CEO of IsraAID-US. Born and raised in Marblehead, Massachusetts, she graduated from the University of Michigan's Gerald Ford School of Public Policy, and also studied at NYU and Tel Aviv University.  Erin is also the founder of Sundara - a nonprofit that trains women how to recycle hotel soap and distribute it back to their communities while training on hygiene - across India, Uganda and Myanmar. She has been recognized by the Huffington Post, ONE, CNN, BBC and the Clean India campaign and has spoken at universities and conferences across the US and Canada, including a Tedx talk. Erin has lived in India, Thailand, and Israel before making the Bay Area her home.
