Whether we work in a large congregation or serve a small community, we can find opportunities for intellectual engagement and intense relationships when we set ourselves up for success. Come experience this interactive workshop especially for small congregation rabbis. Roving rabbis from the Goldring/Woldenberg Institute of Southern Jewish Life will highlight best practices for success in small environments. Erica Asch will discuss the Center for Small Town Jewish Life, which supports partnerships between local colleges and small congregations. There will be time for discussion and sharing of best practices.
