You’re giving the sermon on Friday night. You’ve read the parshat and have a few ideas… how do you start? What are some new narrative styles you can explore and still keep the rabbinic voice you’ve developed?

Michele Lowe coaches rabbis across the country on their writing and preaching. During this session, she’ll work with attendees on new approaches to successful sermon writing. She’ll highlight key components that draw congregants into a sermon and why. Participants will have the opportunity to write sermon intros and share them with the group. There will be time for Michele to give feedback and the session will end with a question and answer period.
