 Providing a Second Chance Through Leadership Development and Work Readiness

Through strategic partnerships with employers throughout the Baltimore region, Turnaround Tuesday has put over 600 (and counting!) Baltimore "returning" citizens to work in living wage jobs. Every Tuesday, participants, guests, and leaders gather at two training sites. They share their stories, listen to each other, and become leaders as they take part in this second chance jobs movement. Join Turnaround Tuesday, to hear how the leaders and participants take an active role in transforming their communities.

  • Provide a community for participants to get “ready towork.”
  • Shift the hiring culture of Baltimore to employ returningcitizens.
  • Train participants as leaders toact on issues that create safe,thriving communities.
