Tivnu: Building Justice

Tivnu: Building Justice is a Jewish, Social Justice Gap Year Program in Portland, OR for 18-20 year olds. As a Tivnu Gap Year participant, you’ll connect Jewish life and social justice through individualized internships with local non-profit organizaitions, discover the Pacific Northwest, and create a communal home together in Portland, Oregon. Whether you spend your year teaching, advocating for immigrants’ rights, growing food with kids, building tiny houses or cooking for houseless Portlanders, you’ll know you're learning to make a difference.
