Twenty percent of the American Jewish community identifies as Black, Asian, Latinx, multiracial, Sephardic and/or Mizrahi. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore three primary topics: understanding of Jews as a multicultural people, tools for building racially diverse communities, and incorporating equitable and inclusive practices when building cultures of belonging.
