Holds a BA in sociology and an MA in education. Worked several years in the International Red Cross as a field officer in charge of Jericho, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem. Joined the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute in 1995. Develops and manages education projects on a broad range of topics and develops learning materials in democracy and civics that are suitable for the entire spectrum of Israeli society.
