With 15 years of experience working in the environmental nonprofit sector, Kailey is passionate about connecting people of all ages with the natural world through experiential learning. Based in Calgary, she oversees a number of the Canadian Wildlife Federation’s education programs, including WILD Education which provides resources and hands-on professional development opportunities to educators so they are empowered and equipped to make outdoor environmental education part of their teaching practice. In her spare time, you’ll find her stopping along the local nature trail to snap a picture of a cool flower, laying in the grass to gaze up at the stars, or packing snacks for her next adventure. #WillHikeForSnacks
