Lisa M. Taylor, PhD, is an instructor in the Department of Health and Physical Education at Mount Royal University. She has taught undergraduate- and graduate-level physical and health education courses at various universities, and enjoyed eight years as a physical and health education specialist in Alberta K–12 schools. Her research is focused on teacher health and post-secondary pedagogy for health promotion. Lisa is also the editor of The Journal of the Health and Physical Education Council of the Alberta Teachers’ Association.
